Responsibilities
- •Plan and run Google Search, Performance Max for lead gen, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn across awareness to retargeting.
- •Build B2B funnels that progress click → MQL → SQL → meeting → revenue, with cost control at each stage.
- •Structure accounts for scale across regions and products. Keep naming and UTM hygiene tight.
- •Tracking: GA4 and GTM, Enhanced Conversions, UET, CRM or Zapier based offline conversions. Define events and imports to measure SQLs and meetings.
- •Optimization rhythm: intent coverage, query mapping, audience layers, manual bidding where needed, creative and offer testing, negative term hygiene.
- •Work with designers and copywriters on value propositions, proof assets, and landing page improvements.
- •Report to business outcomes: CPL to SQL rate, cost per SQL, cost per meeting, payback windows.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in B2B performance media, agency experience preferred.
- ✓Deep skill in Google + LinkedIn and familiarity with Microsoft Ads for B2B.
- ✓Strong command of offline conversion imports, lead routing, attribution sanity checks, and sales collaboration.
- ✓Fluent English, strong client communication skills, excellent attention to detail.
