Responsibilities
- •Plan and run Meta Ads and Google Ads for DTC. Balance prospecting and remarketing with healthy frequency and CPA control.
- •Google Shopping and PMax: feed setup, attributes and labels, product group strategy, query matching, brand vs non-brand control.
- •Meta: catalog and advantage shopping, creative concept testing, offer ladders, audience construction with exclusions and LTV-friendly caps.
- •Analytics: GA4 ecommerce tracking, product and margin labels, cohort readouts for MER, ROAS, NC ROAS, and payback windows.
- •Promotions calendar planning, landing flow checks, AOV levers, and SKU prioritization by inventory and margin.
- •Collaborate with creative on hooks, angles, and asset refresh cadence.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in DTC media buying with Meta + Google at meaningful spend levels.
- ✓Strong feed and catalog expertise, PMax control patterns, and constructive use of first-party data.
- ✓Cohort literacy: read MER and NC ROAS correctly, not just last-click ROAS.
- ✓Fluent English, strong client communication skills, excellent attention to detail.
